We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team! The successful hire will sell product, professional services, cloud services, security services and managed services. You will be engaging with prospects from a multitude of verticals to create new business opportunities in the small, mid-market and enterprise account sectors, providing the highest level of service for your accounts, including maintaining excellent relationships with our clients.Preferred candidate will have prior experience selling advanced technology solutions for from Dell EMC, Cisco, HPE, VMware, Rubrik, Pure Storage, Nutanix, Veeam, Microsoft, Extreme Networks and other leading emerging technology manufacturers. Our technology practice areas include Data Center Infrastructure, Converged Infrastructure, Advanced Microsoft Solutions, Cloud and Automation, Networking and Security.Some responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Develop pipeline of new opportunities and closes sales opportunitiesIdentify and create business needs with executive decision-makers, prospects, and clientsConduct cold calls, prospects and qualified account opportunities with prospective clientsUnderstand clients' needs and business requirements in order to customize systems solutionsCreate and communicate the value of Focus' solutions to prospective clientsDevelop a detailed territory plan in collaboration with the Vice President of Sales and MarketingDevelop individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accountsDevelop thorough understanding of each account's industry and businessMaintain accurate and timely forecastsAll other duties, as assignedSkills:Self-starter/self-motivated and driven for successExcellent sales skills, including successful sales over the phone, in-person, online or through other meansApplied knowledge of formal consultative sales methodologiesSolid knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communications skills with a keen sense of verbal and non-verbal cues to engage potential and existing clientsClear demonstration and articulation of value propositionsNegotiation and conflict management skills evidenced through successful completion of sales lifecycleExceptional interpersonal skills to effectively relate and converse readily with othersEffective problem-solving skills to obtain business solutions, such as to detect changes in circumstances or eventsUtilizes a collaborative/team-based approach for consultative selling and to effectively solve issues or challenges with limited supervisionBuilds positive and professional relationships at all levels within organizationsStrong organizational, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and time management skillsMaintains a high level of professionalism and courteous demeanorMaintains a high level of confidentialityExperience:5+ years' proven selling technical/computer solutions at multiple levels, including network sales5+ years proven Value Added Reseller and full Life-Cycle sales from identifying marketProven relationship building to selling enterprise technical solutions to C-Suite level decision-makersFormal consultative sales methodology"Solutions Selling" Sales and CRN tool experience, preferredEducation:Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or technologyCertifications in Microsoft Office, Cisco Network Systems, Autotask, SharePoint, and/or other collaborative IT toolsVMware sales training and Dell EMC or other storage provider training preferred
