The Federation is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual with a variety of skill sets who wants to join a team working to build a new model of 21st century and next generation Federation engagement.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Revenue Operations Associate is responsible for supervising revenue operations, as well as supporting the fundraising goals of the Federation including individual giving, event planning, client services, and database analysis. This role is a member of the Data Department and will support facilitation of organization-wide operations and data efforts, working closely with Stewardship, Marketing, Business Development, and Philanthropy teams.

This role is a full time, hybrid position with two days in the office in San Francisco.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manage and track donor data analytics.Analyze data and trends and use findings to inform strategies and decision-making.Serve as a collaborative partner, ensuring smooth fundraising, data management, and information sharing between departments.Manage campaign set-up processes.Ensure data integrity.Build and maintain reports and dashboards.Manage the distribution and flow of constituent acknowledgements and financial statements.Build and support solicitation and event invitation distribution lists in collaboration with Stewardship and Marketing teams.Review and maintain data related to giving, payment collection, and event registrations.Work as an intermediary between philanthropy and data teams to ensure proper CRM training.Oversee operations for high-volume fundraising seasons and event registrations.Support onsite events as needed.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

Background in campaign management with experience using new technologies to drive fundraising success.Proficiency in Salesforce NPSP/NPC, as well as Microsoft Office Suite programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and fundraising platforms like Classy; Tableau experience is a plus.Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks at any given time in a fast-paced environment.High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum of three years of experience in similar role.EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES
