What You'll Do:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative that will be responsible for over the phone support and providing customers with top notch customer service and tech support solutions. Pay includes hourly pay, hourly accelerators, and opportunities for commissions. Remote access support experience is preferred but not required. We are seeking a representative that can work in our Lindon, UT office weekdays Monday through Friday.

This position is in person at our Lindon, Utah office.

Customer first mindset to resolve any and all questions/concernsExcellent communication skills with the ability to listenAccurate, fast typing and entering correct data on customer profiles using computer softwareBasic computer skills, navigation and data entryEnsures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiresFirst point of customer contact for general inquiries, issues and concernsThe drive to continue self-educating on our products and industryNice-to-have:
