Job Description

Overview:The ecommerce SEO Analyst is responsible for supporting client accounts towards stated client and company objectives. Reporting to an SEO Manager, the Analyst provides assistance to internal client service teams, and at the direction of SEO Manager/Associate Director, initiates and coordinates projects with other internal teams.

Role Objectives:

Client Service & Program SupportContribute to the success of client engagementsPerform keyword research to inform content strategy for eCommerce and SEOWrite product page optimizations for e-tailers (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)Follow all processes as defined by ManagerCreate and follow a self-directed learning plan to master SEO fundamentalsProject manage components of a larger accountGain exposure to client service process including resourcing, project management, and client communicationsParticipate in weekly/monthly client callsSubmit and manage resource plan requests and QAAssist with data and performance monitoringImplement best practices in account and program managementAccomplish multiple tasks in a timely manner and with accuracyCan effectively contribute to multiple accounts simultaneouslyMaintain autonomy during execution of pre-defined tasksSeek out opportunities to learn new skills, advance in role, and demonstrate autonomyUnderstand essential components of managing a successful SEO projectDevelop skills as an expert in specific areasProve understanding of larger media landscape and how individual tasks affect the big pictureIdentify opportunities to grow and develop client relationshipsAnalytics & Reporting

Support assigned accounts in pulling data and creating reports and presentationsTrack work assignments dailyManage and updates client task reportsTrack and manage operations resource plan for client accountsPerform ad hoc analysis and reportingQualifications

Relevant eCommerce work or internship experience preferredRelevant SEO work or internship experience preferredExperience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, BrightEdge, Moz, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, or Conductor is a plusStrong analytical and implementation skillsHigh competency level in MS Office products including Excel and PowerPointAble to work as directed and balance multiple tasks
