As a Checker, you'll be the final touchpoint in our customers' shopping journey, ensuring a seamless and friendly checkout experience. Your excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail will play a vital role in leaving customers with a lasting positive impression.
What You'll Do:
Welcome and greet customers when entering or leaving the storeAnswer customer questions, help them locate items, and provide recommendationsManage transactions with customers using cash registersScan goods and ensure pricing is accurateCollect payments whether in cash or creditIssue receipts, refunds, change or ticketsRedeem stamps and couponsCross-sell products and introduce new onesResolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant informationMaintain clean and tidy checkout areasTrack transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepanciesBag or wrap purchases to ensure safe transportHandle merchandise returns and exchangesPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For:
