PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:
Offeror proposed resource shall provide services onsite/remote as follows:
a.
Onsite for two (2) days per week at 189 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21401. b.
Remote for three (3) days per week at a suitable off-site location selected by the Offeror/Offeror proposed resource.
PeopleSoft Developer(s) a. PeopleSoft Developer includes the following resources: (1) Senior Developer - HCM/FSCM (2) Developer - HCM (3) Developer - FSCM
b. Scope of Work (1) Identify and troubleshoot bug fixes, defects, configuration issues. (2) Provide knowledge and recommendations on PeopleSoft technical issues (3) Works with Functional Analysts in design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of Peoplesoft customizations. (4) Code and unit tests PeopleSoft customizations. (5) Migrate projects/objects from development to test. (6) Prepare production migration requests with all supporting information for move to production environment.
c. Minimum Qualifications (1) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, as determined by the Client. (2) Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. (3) Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
d. Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities (1) Five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. (2) Five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler. (3) Experience with the following: i PeopleSoft upgrades and testing. ii PeopleSoft selective adoption process.
(4) Expert level knowledge of the following: i SDLC methodology and processes. ii SQL. iii Oracle 19C databases. iv REST-based webservers. v App Designer. vi SQR vii AWE viii PeopleCode
(5) Ability to provide expert customer service.
