Volt is immediately hiring a for an HR and Reporting Admin for an immediate hybrid opportunity in Fountain Valley, CA.

As an HR and Reporting Admin you will:

Assist with creating presentation materials, administers the offboarding process, and supports various HR projects in relation to compliance and policy updates.Provide administrative support for HR Business Partner team.Support collection and creation of presentation materials for HR Business Partners.Create and track recurring agenda and project timelines.Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR practices and policies.Assist with audit compliance by adhering to guidelines established regarding the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and other related documentation to support compliance with state and federal regulations.Coordinate cross functionally to administer HR processes and procedures, follow up to ensure completion of HR requirements.Hours are full time, M-F from 8am- 5pm. This role is hybrid, working 2 days onsite/3 days from home. Position is temp for 6-12 months, possibly longer but also offers a foot in the door of a top company known to hire on our talent.

The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree strongly preferred2 - 5 Years of Direct HR Systems, and/or General HR experience requiredOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including problem solving, collaboration and relationship building.Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Office with advanced level Excel skills; Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, ReportingVisio experience preferred.Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors) preferred.Pay Rate:

$30-38/hr
