Personal Lines Sales Account Manager.
This role sits fully remote and will be handling all inbound sales leads. Must have reliable internet and a quiet place to work at home. Must have a 20-44 or a 2-20 license. Must be located within Florida
Essential Duties and Functions:Providing the best-level of customer service/support to all client's accountsProvide quotes to new clients to enrollRate and prepare quotations when necessary (new and existing clients)Mail binders and ID cards to insuredsMail; fax or email application to company and suspend for receipt of policyHandle client telephone and mail requests for information; endorsements; cancellations and other services as requiredAssist with accounts receivable controlDocument all conversations with insured and/or other interested partiesComplete policy rewrites when necessaryHave knowledge and abide by the underwriting guidelines and binding authority guidelines of each companyMaintain and update the AMS 360 and Image Right database timely and accuratelyInform company and client of errors in polices or endorsementsMaintain knowledge of current legal and social conditions that may impact adequacy of policy coverage and limitsMaintain current state licenseAttend appropriate classes and seminarsSit for examinations as requiredSetup and maintain agency files as requiredEnsure that actions protect the agency from claims of liability for errors or omissions and that all tasks are professionally performedPerform other assignments as required.Required Skills
Florida 220 Property & Casualty license.Knowledge of customer service functions such as rating; marketing; claims handling and coverage informationStrong commitment to service for the agency's clientsEffective written and verbal communications skillsEffective and efficient use of computer and related equipmentGood organizational skills; attention to detail and ability to respond to requests effectively and efficientlyIndustry designations are promoted and funded by the agencyThis is a Personal Lines Sales role however you are given all In-House Leads: These are potential clients who have called or reached out to inquire about services. You will not need to attend networking events, knock on doors or drum up your own personal business. These are people who have filled out an inquiry for insurance quotes and are actively requesting assistance.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
the individual's skill sets, experience and training;licensure and certification requirements;office location and other geographic considerations;other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
