Job DescriptionWhat the Dispatcher will do:
• Effectively communicate with clients via phone, providing them with excellent service. • Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner. • Take inbound and outbound client service calls (i.e. experience in scheduling appointments for service and maintenance requests). • Dispatch out calls for service and close-out calls • Follow necessary dispatching procedures (buttoning down of all things before we can dispatch that tech out to another call); the Dispatcher was the last person to see things get done. • Perform well during on-the-job training and further service dispatch knowledge.
Requirements
What we are Looking for:
• Must have 1-2 years of experience with on-call dispatching. • Must be experienced with Customer and Client Care work. • Must be able to multi-task, act with urgency, and think fast. • Ideal experience with warranties (relating to home services, appliances, etc.). • Basic computer skills (ability to learn and pick up software/systems quickly; i.e. client management software).• MS Excel or Google Suites is A PLUS (used every day). • High school diploma or GED equivalent desired.
