Job Description

In a Customer Care position, you will be providing support to our residential pest control customers. You will work with our customers to resolve any of their concerns, build relationships, build value, upsell services and products, schedule and reschedule services, and answer customer questions. You will communicate and collaborate with other departments to help best assist our customers.

Wage comparable to $18 - $19 / hour.

Base pay is $17 / hour.

You will receive inbound calls from our current customers who need help with reactivating their cancelled services, other inquiries about their accounts, their services, and any other questions or concerns they have. You will actively listen to customers and provide world-class level customer advocacy in every interaction. You will leave detailed notes about all interactions with customers to better help future customer calls.

You will communicate and collaborate with team members, leadership, and other departments to best help address customer concerns.

This position requires you to work in-office at our

Orem, UT

location.Qualifications

Customer experience, whether over the phone or in-person (required).

Strong verbal communication skills (required).

Proficient computer/typing skills (required).

In-house call center experience (preferred).

Pest control knowledge and experience using FieldRoutes (bonus).

Positive attitude and persistent work ethic.
