We are looking for experienced & motivated Class A truck drivers to haul dry & refrigerated freight locally. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to be home daily.
DRIVERS MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE AT NIGHT. Please review our experience requirements listed below. We will accept any of the following for driving experience:
Minimum of 3 months solo OTR or Local experience in the last 36 months. The 3 months experience must be with no more than two carriers and driver can have no preventable CMV accidents during the 3 months
6-12 months OTR experience in the last 3 years with carriers less than 50 trucks/drivers. 3 carriers maximum
12 months safe OTR experience in the last 5 years. 4 carriers maximum.
24 months safe OTR experience in the last 10 years. 6 carriers maximum.
6 months local experience in the last 12 months
12 months local experience in the last 36 months
Experience must be in tractor trailers greater than 40 feet.
No auto restrictions
Must have a good MVR
Stable job history required
• Average earnings per week: $1080
• .37 - .47 CPM (based on experience)
• Stop Pay: $15.00 (all stops)
• $15.00 detention after 2 hrs
• Work 5 days with 2 days off. No guaranteed weekend spots off. Drivers may be asked to occasionally work a 6th day.
• Employees must have personal transportation available for travel to and from the DC.
• Drivers will slip seat tractors that include both day cabs and sleepers.
• Drivers typically run multiple routes per day and may require a 10 hour break on the road on more than one occasion per work week.
• Full benefits in 30 days- including paid vacation.
• 24/7 Support Staff On-Site

• New hire pay and training time: 1 day in class- $50.00 plus 3 day ride along- $100 per day
•Newer automatic trucks
3 day compensated orientation. The first part will be virtual. As part of this, drivers will complete their pre-orientation items, such as their online testing modules, drug test, physical etc. & then drivers will do their road test etc. locally at the DC. Our classes are at 50% capacity to allow for social distancing. Road range times will also be completed individually. If drivers are able to get all of their pre-orientation items completed before the in-person portion of orientation, then they will be hired in 1-2 days.
