Job Description
Manage and Oversee LVN's & CNA'sAssist with Resident Admissions and Discharges.IV ManagementResident Assessment and Care PlansCommunicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care.Provide advice and emotional support to residents and their family members.Additional Job Requirements. The above list is not exhaustive.Make recommendations for revisions of policies, procedures, etc., to the Director of Nursing ServicesOversee and assist in developing methods for coordinating nursing services with other resident services to assure the continuity of the residents' total regimen of careRequirements
Must have a current and active California RN License
Must be authorized to work in the United States
