Massage Therapist
The Massage Therapist is responsible for being well versed and an expert in the field of Massage Therapy while delivering exceptional guest services.Responsibilities:To service all customers to company standards/ policies and procedures and to provide high quality massage serviceAdhere to the policies and procedures of the Spa DepartmentProvide positive service standards to all guests of the Spa including courtesy, sincerity and enthusiasmMaintain a clean and safe work environment for guests and employeesHold and maintain current licenses and continuing education requirementsClean, stock, and maintain massage rooms with all supplies necessary to perform services listed on our Menu of ServicesProperly perform massages in a professional and timely mannerPerform massages as requested in alternate area (i.e. guest rooms, poolside, etc.)Perform other duties and responsibilities as requestedExhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and proceduresConsistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employeesDemonstrate a commit to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol serviceQualifications:
