Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating 12-month fixed-term contract, playing a pivotal role in our digital transformation endeavors? We're seeking a dynamic individual to contribute to multiple intricate and mission-critical software implementations.

As the ideal candidate, you possess extensive expertise in the Equus Platform/Assignment Pro, and ideally, a familiarity with ServiceNow. Your responsibilities will span across project management and transformation leadership, ongoing business support, and system maintenance.

Project Management and Transformation Lead Responsibilities:

Serve as the central liaison for internal client engagement teams throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct workshops and meetings to gather feedback, review out-of-scope items, and ensure alignment on deliverables.Collaborate with client engagement teams to identify interdependencies and facilitate design conversations.Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource management for project sprint activities.Support functional testing, UAT sign-off, and risk assessment/mitigation.Ensure project requirements are documented and fulfilled with appropriate sign-off.Ongoing Business Support Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for client users and our Managed Services Team.Troubleshoot and debug issues, manage support tickets, and liaise with Equus support.Drive onboarding of new clients and conduct training sessions for new employees.Provide support for the adoption of new functionality or significant changes.Ongoing System Support Responsibilities:

Maintain and create reports and dashboards, manage role security, and update system documents.Monitor integration error reports, ensure documentation is up to date, and manage requested changes.Implement changes and evaluate the impact of new functionality from Equus releases.Critical Skills:

Basic understanding of relational databases and reporting.Familiarity with security roles, access rights, and SSO.Proficiency in data integrations including APIs and SFTP, along with experience in HTML and SQL.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications to diverse stakeholders.Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for innovative solutions and anticipating long-term needs.Job Requirements and Preferences:

Bachelor's degree required; familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, additional language skills are advantageous.Additional Information:
