Customer Service Rep/Office Administrator

Multimedia Solutions, Inc. was established in 1983. From the beginning, our goal was and continues to be, to provide homeowners and businesses with exceptional industry expertise and the best-in-class solutions for all of their multimedia and security needs. We offer a wide range of system solutions to fit into any budget and provide custom design services for projects ranging from simple yet sophisticated to extravagant and luxurious. We fully manage and coordinate all aspects of our projects from start to finish; this includes Design, Engineering, Programming, Installation, and Servicing.
We are expanding and looking to add a Project Coordinator to our Farmers Branch office. We would prefer someone with experience in dispatch, customer service and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and dispatching multiple crewsCoordinating with builders and homeowners to accurately schedule service calls, low voltage, security, and audio video installsUpholding billing procedures and assisting with receipt of customer paymentsAnswering phones in an often busy environmentGreeting clients at the doorOther administrative duties and paperwork for managersAssisting with data entry, filing and other clerical dutiesDesired Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service/administrative experience, with knowledge of Audio/Video or construction industry preferredMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills, knowledge of database software, Microsoft Office, email and electronic calendar systems with the ability to learn new programsMust have strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and personnel and be able to adapt and shift priorities.Self-sufficient, self-motivated, organized, reliable and punctual. Self-starter with the ability to maximize efforts daily, without daily supervision.Professional Demeanor and good people skills.
**This is a full time position - please do not apply if you are in school or are not available for regular Monday-Friday 8-5 hours.
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
