Summary:The Digital Marketing Specialist will work to increase the visibility of the brand and promote offerings across a variety of digital platforms including social media, email, webinar, etc. They will manage the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube). They will execute the company's account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, using the platform Demandbase, to drive engagement across key customer accounts. They will manage email and webinar campaigns to generate new leads for the Sales Team. Lastly, this position will process all leads generated from digital platforms, track conversions and report on KPIs.

Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure the brand and offering is professional and consistent across digital platformsSocial Media:

Manage our social media pages and create a plan to increase impressions and followership to identify and acquire new customers.

To include: maintain company pages/accounts, create content to post on a regular basis, monitor interactions, execute paid advertising, track engagement and report on analytics

ABM:

Execute ABM strategy to generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities with target accounts.

To include: utilize Demandbase to monitor intent data across target accounts, create segments for and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns. Build landing pages and forms to capture leads, track engagement and report on KPIs

Email:

Manage email campaigns to increase brand awareness and promote offerings.

To include: utilize Salesforce Pardot to build lists and email campaigns. Create landing pages and forms to capture leads, track engagement and report on KPIs

Webinars:

Assist in planning and executing regularly occurring webinars to increase brand awareness and promote offerings.

To include: helping to build schedule for webinars, promote webinars across social media, email and ABM platforms, manage registrants and attendees, track leads, engagement and report on KPIs

Lead Processing:

Process all leads generated from digital platforms.

To include: be the first touch-point for all digitally converted leads (social media, email, webinar, ABM, website), process leads using CRM system, assign to sales person, track leads and report on KPIs

Qualification Requirements:This person must be familiar with a CRM system (Salesforce preferred) and a marketing automation/email system (Salesforce Pardot preferred). It is preferred that this person have experience working in B2B marketing, specifically within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Experienced user of CRM software (Salesforce preferred)Experienced user of marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Pardot preferred)Experienced user of social media tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and experience advertising on LinkedInExperience in digital campaign set-up and management (landing page/email creation using marketing automation software, form creation and capture, CRM integration, lead qualification/processing within CRM, tracking and reporting, etc.)Experience with different data collection and measurement techniques to judge ROI. Has an analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on KPIs.Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience using ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, etc. (preferred)Experience using webinar software (preferred)Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications (or equivalent in work experience)2+ years of successful experience across B2B digital marketingExperience in the industrial/manufacturing space (preferred)Skills & Abilities:
