As a Project Manager at Paragon, you will be responsible for leading digital strategy and enterprise web projects through all phases of the lifecycle. This includes strategy definition, creative design, web implementation, and more.
You will manage timelines, budgets and scope, and will report on progress. You will manage client communications and will be a critical part of the Paragon delivery team.
You have experience working at a digital agency. You are a thought-leader that stays up to date on current technologies and best practices, and can drive continuous improvement within the delivery organization.
You are organized and are comfortable keeping multiple balls in the air. You love problem-solving. You have experience with project management tools and methodologies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to adapt your approach when working with people from different disciplines (technology, creative, strategy and marketing).
You will be a key player in building a positive, effective, and collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
In an
external-facing capacity , the Project Manager will:
Handle a portfolio of clients, managing each project's scope, budget and timelineKeep the client informed of Paragon progress and status, escalating risks and issues for awareness and resolutionAct as the client point-of-contact for project related issuesManage relationships with clients and collaborate with stakeholders and business users to define and refine priorities, objectives and requirementsManage partners and client teams to keep them on track.In an
internal-facing capacity , the Project Manager will:
Lead projects from inception to completion, including project start-up, strategy definition, design, implementation, roll-out and project retrospectiveDrive continuous improvement and best practices within the delivery organizationManage project scope and the change control processEnsure that projects are delivered according to schedule and within budgetTrack and review project tasks with the delivery team via DevOps to ensure transparency in progress and identify any delays or blockersCommunicate project status with internal stakeholders across departmentsCollaborate with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high quality projectsManage project documentation and reporting.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Business Administration, Marketing, or Technology discipline3+ years of Project Management experience in a Digital or Marketing AgencyMust have excellent leadership, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsMust be able to continuously reflect on process, and identify opportunities for improvementUnderstanding of software development methodologies, especially AgileMust be able to lead teams through the full lifecycle of a project, including strategy and design, front-end development, CMS implementation, SEO, testing/optimization, and roll-outExperience in managing the development of websites and full website redesign projectsPMP Certification or Certified Scrum Master / Product Owner a plusWhat we offer:
