The Digital Media Marketing Coordinator contributes to the organization's digital consumer engagement strategy including content creation, analytics, paid advertising, SEO, SEM, and reputation management across digital and social channels. The position demands a blend of technical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital trends.This position requires knowledge of social media management, strategy, content creation and best practices, reputation management, podcasting and marketing analytics. Knowledge and experience with social media management platforms (i.e., Brandwatch, Falcon, SproutSocial, Hootsuite) and the Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition and Premiere Pro preferred. Knowledge of video and audio editing is a plus. Position requires a highly organized self-motivator who can work independently and balance multiple projects with competing deadlines. Must be enthusiastic, strategic, organized and highly creative. Must be an idea generator able to communicate and collaborate effectively with creative and non-creative people.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or greater in Marketing, Communications or a related field.Must have demonstrable experience creating and analyzing the performance of a digital media content strategy with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in marketing, communications or a related field.Responsibilities:Assists in the development, implementation, and management digital advertising campaigns, including SEO/SEM strategies.Coordinates with other digital media coordinator and communications team members on the creation of a monthly editorial calendar that support campaigns, patient education, strategic objectives and community engagement.Monitors online competitor presences and researches various channels for relevance and trend identification. Reports and acts on findings.Assists in the content creation process and shares content through posts, infographics, videos, podcasts, blogs, etc., while maintaining posting schedules and consistently using the Woman's brand and voice.Assists in defining key performance indicators, creating and analyzing monthly reporting and making recommendations for improvement.Monitors digital media activity including social media comments and business listing reviews, analyzes opportunities for business growth and patient recovery, and fosters an engaged community surrounding the Woman's brand.Reviews analytics and advises on strategic decisions based on multiple data sources.Schedule:Full-Time; Monday - Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay Range:Salary/Exempt Position$47,650 - $76,200A Work Experience with PurposeWoman's is one of the largest specialty hospitals for women and infants in the United States.
