Role and Responsibilities:

Are you a seasoned Microsoft 365 Administrator passionate about optimizing IT environments and providing top-notch support? DataPerk seeks a Microsoft 365 Administrator Tier 2 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive industry experience to drive excellence in the instruction, implementation, and review of Microsoft 365 solutions. Your time management, organization, and documentation expertise will be crucial as you support our client's needs and drive growth opportunities within Microsoft Stack.

Key Responsibilities :



Industry Experience:

Bring at least five years of industry experience with a strong focus on instruction, implementation, and Microsoft 365 solutions.



Efficient Management:

Demonstrate exceptional time management, organizational, and documentation skills to optimize IT operations.



Technical Mastery:

Exhibit in-depth mastery of Microsoft 365 administration, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting. This entails a deep understanding of Microsoft 365's technical intricacies, enabling you to efficiently manage and resolve complex technical challenges while ensuring seamless operations.



Infrastructure Proficiency:

Showcase proficiency in server, storage, and network administration, including configuration and troubleshooting.



Microsoft Solutions Expertise:

Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in working with a diverse range of Microsoft solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft Exchange Online and Server, Azure services (such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Reservations, Azure Networking, and Infrastructure), and a variety of Microsoft 365 products and associated services. Prioritize and excel in ensuring security, enforcing compliance policies, orchestrating streamlined deployment, executing efficient implementations, and managing comprehensive subscription strategies.



Scripting Skills:

Possess scripting expertise (PowerShell, VB, and Batch scripting) for automation and process enhancement.



CSP Optimization:

Review and navigate CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) resources to enhance client solutions.



Standardization:

Assist in standardizing Microsoft 365 security suite practices, endpoint management adoption, and integration.



Microsoft Endpoint Management and NinjaRMM Proficiency:

Demonstrate expertise in efficiently utilizing tools like Microsoft Endpoint Management and NinjaRMM (or similar RMM experience) for configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT operations.



Upgrade Support:

Support clients during system and application upgrades.



Training Development:

Develop tailored training programs to enhance knowledge for clients and internal teams.



Solution Design:

Assist the sales team with solution design, licensing, pricing, and service optimization.



Risk Management:

Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers while proposing growth opportunities to enhance client IT environments.



Documentation and Ticket Management:

Ensure thorough documentation of all work time by the close of business each workday in Autotask or other requested formats and proficiently manage ticketing systems to ensure efficient issue resolution.



Client Communication:

Address client needs to completion promptly and professionally, keeping clients updated on ticket status and updating Autotask with work progress.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in an area of specialty or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in a related position.
