Project Title: Service Assistant III-PickerLocation: Executive Dr. Newark, DE 19977Shift hours: 13 Weeks 3pm-11:30pm (Training will be Mon-Fri for the first week then once trained, days off will be Friday Saturday)Sundays will start at 2:30pm

Job Description:Accurately pick and pack customer supplies orders for delivery to hospital supply locations and off-site facilities in a manner that meets department standards for safety, security, and productivity.Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Performs general physical activities in warehouse; loading, unloading, sorting and moving products and materials manually and using material handling equipment.

ResponsibilitiesFulfills customer supply orders via pick ticket and with proper documentation, i.e. (writing correct quantities picked and alerting clerical staff of discrepancies).• Handles supplies and equipment to ensure sterility and infection control when applicable.• Packs and transports filled orders to the outbound area for transshipment.• Loads and unloads shipments and internal transport supply carts from the delivery trucks.• Stages all inbound shipments and the transport carts/totes in the appropriate areas.• Transports inventory products from the receiving platform to the appropriate warehouse locations.• Restocks supplies in appropriate warehouse shelf/bin locations utilizing proper rotation, organization, identification, documentation.• Performs cycle counts and keeps assigned shelf locations neat and orderly.• Takes initiative to assist patient care staff with identification of supply needs and available alternative when requested.• Delivers STAT supply requests to user department via cargo van in an efficient and timely manner.• Maintains all assigned areas of warehouse aisles in a neat and organized manner.• Performs light maintenance of material handling equipment as assigned.• Demonstrates compliance with Hospital departmental policies and procedures including, but not limited to, safety, infection control, attendance and dress code.• Performs other related duties as assigned when needed by management.

Qualification:High school graduateThree years of relevant experience in Material Distribution preferred.Valid driver's license.One year hospital experience.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.Dress code: Jeans, steel toed boots, casual shirt
