Position Overview:
The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) represents our medical spa. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression with patients.
Previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology.Must have the ability to understand the goals of the practice and work to create the plan of action to obtain the goals independently.Professional experience and attitude with the ability to relate well with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills.Must have the ability to handle confidentiality issues.Requirements
Highschool diploma or equivalentrequiredExtensive knowledge of social media sites (Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc)Customer service experience 2 years minimumAbility to stand, walk, and assist patients for up to 6 hours with minimal downtime.Keen knowledge of aesthetic proceduresUnderstanding of computer systems for booking i.e Zenoti and other computer applications such as Excel and wordOpen availability
(this is a full-time position 32-40 hours per week including Saturdays)Benefits (Eligible for Full-Time Employees):
