Lead a team of field crews to deliver results focused on safety, quality, and productivityDevelop and maintain relationships with customersMentor and grow other professionalsCommunicate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and ownersInvolvement in strategic planning and executionEnsure budget compliance through scheduling and cost managementLead and promote safety through best practicesSales from conceptual budgets through final awardRisk mitigation efforts through contract review and negotiationManage material, equipment, tools, information, and subcontractorsMaterial, equipment, and subcontractor procurementPositive cash flow through timely invoicing and collectionsSupport customers with startup, commissioning, and owner trainingMarket and promote the entire company through our Fundamental BehaviorsRequirements
A degree in Engineering or Building Construction or a HS diploma with at least 5 years of construction supervisory experience in the mechanical trades.At least 3-5 years of experience in managing mechanical commercial construction projectsExperience and knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing systemsProficient with Job Cost software, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPointKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Characteristics
