Position Overview:

The Web Applications Developer (level 3) is a full-time position with Atlantic Health System’s (AHS) Information Technology Division supporting applications in the consumer engagement digital space . The position has responsibility for the implementation and support of assigned technologies, focused on web application support and integration for Atlantic Health's consumer website, atlantichealth.org, and related digital products.

The work is accomplished in a team environment and requires excellent problem solving and communication skills with a high level of professionalism.

Scope of Responsibilities:

The Web Applications Developer responsibilities include:

Supports and administers Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including AEM Sites and Assets, Admin Console administration, Cloud Manager administration, CI/CD pipeline configuration, and Adobe.IO integration

Supports and administers Coveo Search, including content source configuration, search user interface and third-party integration

Demonstrates independent analysis of workflows, system details and technical issues associated with the applications supported

Drives changes and makes recommendations to leadership regarding ISS processes, change management and operational workflows

Architects and delivers solution innovations to improve services or to lower costs, operating under deadlines and challenging workloads.

Solves highly complex problems and develops solutions to tasks or projects which may be unique, using judgment and initiative with minimal oversight

Engages in multi-team and integrated solution development

Works on an on-call basis for system upgrades, go lives and departmental needs

Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and change management skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships

We are looking for a senior developer with 5 or more years of experience working with enterprise-grade digital products. An Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent college degree is required. At a minimum, the ideal candidate will exhibit the majority of the following technical competencies:

Direct experience with full stack development in Adobe Experience Manager, including NodeJS development

Experience with SDLC including full stack application development and configuration in Java (preferred), Python, or React

Demonstrated front-end web development experience (HTML, JS, CSS, jQuery and NodeJS frameworks) and excellent client-side troubleshooting skills

Expertise in web server administration and facility in both IIS and Apache environments

Demonstrated ability to script and automate for enhanced web application solutions, including familiarity with SAML and oAuth integration

Experience with site search platforms, performance and relevance tuning, query pipelines and search integration

Knowledge of Google webmaster tools, including tag managers, server-side containers, and analytics integration

Fluency with Git source control using feature branches and experience with GitHub administration

Experience in Linux and Windows server environments

Additional preferred competencies:

Demonstrated knowledge of advanced AEM dispatcher configuration

Experience with content and asset migration

Familiarity with relational databases, specifically SQL Server and PostgreSQL

Familiarity with OWASP security best practices for web applications

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerized applications and DevOps on AWS/GCP/Azure environments

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, preference management or cookie management

Understanding of tagging strategies and intent-based search

Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud

Familiarity with the ITIL service management framework

Work experience within health care information technology or other applicable health care area
