Meet the team:

The Staff Business Systems Analyst will be part of the Global Shop Floor Systems team and will be a trusted advisor for Operations, Engineering, Quality & IT local/global teams. The Staff Business Systems Analyst will be deeply involved in managing, configuring, and optimizing our MES and LIMS to support Manufacturing Operations. This senior role is vital for advancing our data management practices, enhancing efficiency across manufacturing operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Where you come in:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, process engineering and QA, to understand workflow requirements and tailor MES/LIMS configurations to meet diverse operational needs.Drive the development and execution of integrated solutions that link MES/LIMS with essential enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, PLM), promoting seamless data exchange and maintaining data integrity.Serve as the lead administrator and expert for MES/LIMS, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability to support R&D, manufacturing test labs, product QC labs, microbiology labs, and other critical areas.Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of MES/LIMS functionalities to optimize workflows.Manage MES/LIMS related projects from conception through to completion, overseeing timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, implementing solutions, and documenting processes.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data security measures across all MES/LIMS configurations and integrations.Deliver training and support to MFG Operations and IT personnel, fostering a comprehensive understanding of MES/LIMS operations, updates, and best practices.Coordinate with Operations personnel, IT specialists, and external vendors across various departments to define system requirements, address technical challenges, and improve system functionalities.What makes you successful:

Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations, regulatory compliance, and data management principles in scientific or manufacturing environments.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a track record of delivering effective system integration solutions.Strong communication and team collaboration skills, with experience leading projects across multidisciplinary teams.Familiarity with relational databasesProven ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and maintain timelines.Detail oriented and organized.Experience working/navigating in a fast-paced environment.Nice to have experience using and supporting Siemens OpsCenter (MES)Nice to have experience using and supporting Thermo Fisher's SampleManager (LIMS)What you'll get:

25 to 50%Experience and Education Requirements:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master's degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.

Salary:$100,700.00 - $167,900.00
