Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment issues.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.Provide legal counsel to clients on labor and employment matters.Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings.Stay informed about developments in labor and employment law.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in the state of Oregon.2-7 years of relevant legal experience.Proven track record in labor and employment law or general civil litigation.Strong legal research and writing skills.Certifications
Admission to the Oregon State Bar.Skills
