Position Overview
This is a Product Management role reporting to the Sr. Director of Data Product Management in the Enterprise Systems & Experience (ESE) which is Autodesk's Information Technology (IT) organization.

We are responsible for delivering data products, insights and data capabilities that support key Autodesk functions such as Marketing, Finance, Sales, People & People experiences. We ideate, plan, build and run the foundation for Autodesk. We focus on cloud and integration technologies, methods, and architectures.
Autodesk is seeking a Product Manager with experience in enterprise sales data, insights, analytics, and data platforms to join the newly formed Data Products & Insights Product Management Group within ESE. We are accelerating data development and making huge investments in Big Data, Data Products, Data Insights, and Enterprise Data Management. The successful candidate will partner with the lead of our Enterprise Data Hub (EDH) to manage, develop, and evolve our sales data products and insights.
Responsibilities
Drive the vision and strategy for the Sales Data, Insights, & Analytics product group within the Data Products & Insights Domain in furthering company goals and objectivesDevelop deep domain expertise, including deep customer needs and deep insights into high impact opportunitiesIn partnership with the EDH lead, develop scalable reporting and analytics strategy that can be adopted by other product groups such as Marketing and Customer SuccessOversee delivery of roadmap commitments in partnership with Eng with Product Management accountable for landing business impact as the "CEO of product capability set"Partner closely with Sales, Sales Excellence, COO Finance, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, and Sales Product domain to inform strategy and visionDefine and publish rolling 12-month roadmaps for the Sales Data and Analytics product group aligned to our goals, prioritizing the most important problems that will drive the biggest impact for AutodeskDevelop and define comprehensive PRDs & success metricsDefine OKRs including the measurement methodology, baseline, and targets by quarter, supported by a high confidence roadmap to land the committed business impactLead through uncertainty with proactive anticipation and mitigation of risks, managing partners, and guiding the team towards vision that you've definedEnsure understanding and strategic partnership through regular interlocks, 1:1s and stakeholder management best practices
Minimum Qualifications
Experience driving strategy, vision, and implementation of enterprise sales data, insights, and analytics partnering with enterprise architects, engineering, and multiple stakeholders (business, legal, compliance)5+ years of experience in product managementOverall 3+ years of experience managing enterprise sales data, insights, and analytics roadmapsExcellent spoken and written communication skills with an ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences - internal, external, business, and technicalExceptional planning, facilitation, dependency management, risk management & analysis skillsBS Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
MS Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalentExperience working with geographically diverse teams a plusSome technical fluency; some understanding of architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs, and new opportunities with technical team membersYou are a passionate learner and interested in the potential of data and technologyYou take risks and can make quick decisionsYou can take vague requirements, clarify, and drive them to execution

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $102,800 and $177,320. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
