Position Summary

Huber AgroSolutions (HAS) is seeking a Website & SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing the online presence of the go-to-market brands such as - Miller, Biolchim, Cifo and the overall HAS brand. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SEO strategies, website management, content creation & optimization and a deep understanding of global market dynamics.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Management of websites ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand guidelines.Coordinate and execute website projects, ensuring alignment on design specifications.Optimize website content and structure for improved visibility.Implement and manage content updates, ensuring timely publication and accuracy.Monitor website performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.Conduct regular website audits to ensure compliance with best practices, security protocols, and performance standards.Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance the online visibility and search engine ranking.Implement best practices, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, schema markup, meta descriptions, on-page, technical, off-page and content optimizations.Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other relevant metrics using tools.Proactively identify and improve website crawlability and indexability.Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with overall business objectives.Keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords.Analyze website performance metrics to gain insights into user behavior & website traffic.Optimize content to improve organic search rankings and boost website traffic.Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content, such as blog posts, product descriptions, landing pages, and multimedia assets.Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in this spaceProven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.Extensive knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.Experience with responsive and mobile-first web design principles.Familiarity with web development tools and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery).A portfolio of previous WordPress projects is highly desirable.Proven experience in SEO strategy development and implementation, preferably in a global context.Strong analytical skills and familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.Proficiency in managing various tasks, organizing priorities, and meeting deadlines, while also ensuring a conducive work environment that accommodates different working styles and preferences.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Language skills - Command over English language is required
