About this Opportunity:As a Salesforce Developer and Data Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for helping the sales team to grow revenue by bringing our sales processes to life through automation, data connection, and insights. This individual will be essential to ensuring data accuracy, optimizing workflow efficiency, and enabling a smooth transfer of information between different platforms. The Salesforce Developer & Data Integration Specialist will collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, and data engineering, to gather business requirements and architect, implement, and maintain processes and solutions that enhance our overall business performance. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to one of our following offices: Omaha, NE, Berwyn, PA, Sacramento, CA, Hebron, KY, Chandler, AZ, Provo, UT, or Idaho Falls, ID.

In this role, you'll get to:Work closely with the Salesforce Solutions Manager, VP of Sales Strategy and Analytics, and other sales leadership to understand urgent business needs and prioritiesAnalyze current business functions and Salesforce processes for additional needs, gaps, and improvementsLead business and technical requirements sessions to find the best path forward to achieving the overall business objectivesDesign and deliver custom solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a salesforce.com lightning applicationDevelop new and maintain current lightning process builder flowsUse tools such as Data Loader, Apex, Mulesoft Composer and Anypoint Platform for data export, backup, and migration between environmentsCreate and maintain API connections between Salesforce and various internal systemsIntegrate Salesforce with other essential business applications and systems such marketing automation tools, etc.Work to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual efforts and data entry of the sales team to drive efficiency (including lead routing, notifications, tasks, and workflow tools)Build or work with others to build BI dashboards to help the business gain insights into its performanceImplement security measures and adhere to compliance standards to safeguard sensitive information during integration and data transfer processesCreate comprehensive documentation of current systems and configurations, integration processes, and best practices, and provide training to end-users and other stakeholders to enable smooth adoption and usage of integrated systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, business analysts, sales, marketing, senior management, and data engineering, to gather requirements, understand needs, and communicate project progress effectivelyStay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices to identify, document, and communicate opportunities for system enhancements and continuously improve integration performanceWe're looking with talent with:

At least 3 years related experienceAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service CloudExperience working directly with sales leadership to solve complex technical challenges and drive improvements in sales processSalesforce Certifications:Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred)Experience working with large amounts of structured and unstructured dataFamiliarity with programming languages (SOQL, SQL, Python)Familiarity with Data Warehousing solutions and processesPreferred experience with Pardot (Account Engagement)Preferred experience with MulesoftPreferred experience with BI tools like Microsoft BI, Tableau, or QuickSightPreferred knowledge of sales and marketing processes and best practicesPreferred experience in financial services, ideally wealth managementObtain Orion Industry CertificationOwns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:$69,723.00 - $105,276.00The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
