As a Staff Enterprise Architect, you will be primarily responsible for architecture, design and governance of the Product Lifecycle Management application on Dassault Enovia 3d Experience platform and the integrated application ecosystem for GE Healthcare.

You will be responsible for leading, consulting or overseeing multiple architecture engagements as a technical expert. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver the Solution Architecture and detailed Design for implementing solutions on Dassault platforms in line with business needs, functionality, and performance requirements.

Lead the analysis, design, and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.

Collaborate with Senior Architects to ensure that solution design has been fully considered for functional, integration, capacity, performance, infrastructure and support implications.

Establish process guardrails to ensure optimum platform performance that translate into high say do ratio and better credibility with userbase. Establish & monitor governance processes to establish unified design and documentation standards & guidelines

Mentor and coach the technical leads and developers on architecture, design patterns and implementation best practices with minimal to customizations

Influence product functionality and roadmaps in dependent organizations based on PLM architecture strategies and enterprise needs.

Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.

Contribute to the development of project and data delivery platforms with reusable components across teams that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses.

Lead and coordinate the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction across the product portfolio or product line.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.

7-10 years of IT Experience with 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in solution architecture and application system design for BOM/Change/Config management processes in Dassault Enovia PLM platform.

Demonstrated experience in Product Definition, with hands on proficiency in designing solutions on Dassault Enovia PLM platform.

Extensive experience in architecting solutions for Enterprise PLM application with in-depth understanding and experience in building integrations from Enovia to Oracle ERP and knowledge of various interfacing technologies (SOA/Informatica..etc).

Ability to Analyze, design, and develop a software solution roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state of the business.

Working knowledge of configuration choices and related cost implications; Experience with complex solution configurations.

Eligibility Requirements:

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. GE may agree to sponsor an individual for an employment visa now or in the future if there is a shortage of individuals with particular skills.

Must be willing to travel to attend meetings, workshops, conferences & etc.

Must be willing to relocate and work out of an office located in Wauwatosa, WI.

Demonstrated Change Management /Acceleration capabilities. Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence across all organizational levels.

Demonstrated ability to work with and/or lead blended teams, including 3rd party partners and customer personnel.Experience sustaining operational stability through various life cycle phases (planning, implementation, steady state, de-commissioning); Ability to provision and budget via capital and operating.

Able to lead early stage customer interactions; Guide customers as they develop confidence and comfort with approaches, and integrate with their legacy tech investments.
