OneMain Financial is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the open Operations Support Representative Intermediate role with the Brightway Cards Operations Support team in our Fort Mill, SC Service Center. This position will provide administrative support including account review, handling questions from agents or Supervisors / Department Manager and interaction with Internal and External customers. The ability to process a high volume of tasks quickly and accurately throughout the day is a must for this position.
In the RoleManage incoming/outgoing physical mail and electronic mailProcess various accounts status updates requested by front line operationsEnsuring assigned tasks are completed in a timely and accurate mannerCompleting Ad-Hoc reviews as assigned by managementEnsuring compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards, and policiesReview and decision accounts adhering to published proceduresCommunicate with various departments on various account related topicsResearching a variety of account related issuesWork with management on various remediation projects
RequirementsHigh School/GED Diploma.Operational Support/Customer Service experience.Ability to work independently and efficiently under aggressive deadlines, while supporting the achievement of both individual and team level goals.Ability to effectively work within multiple systems simultaneously
