We are looking for full-time, part-time, and per diem Physical Therapists with outpatient orthopedic PT experienced preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Physical Therapy clinic is well respected in the local and national medical community, and our dynamic team was awarded honorable mention in the nationwide ADVANCE Magazine for Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation’s “Practice of the Year” competition! On a day-to-day basis, we offer the challenge of a varied caseload ranging from seniors to post-surgical cases to high level athletes. We also provide specialty services such as Pilates, dry needling, vestibular therapy, amputee rehab, and aquatic physical therapy.Duties:
Outpatient Orthopedic PTPatient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visitConsult with referring Physicians/Healthcare teams regarding diagnosis if neededDevelop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needsAssist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, modern modalities, and activities of daily livingCompose discharge notes for patients, refer to appropriate outside sources, as necessaryPatient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercisesDocumentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visitCollaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient careCommunicate effectively with both the staff and patientsCreate an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitudeRequirements:
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy programPT license in MASchedule:
Full time, Part time, or Per diemOffice Hours Monday- FridayTotal Compensation (range):
$80k- $100k (depending on experience- base plus bonus)Benefits:
