Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:
Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
Ideal candidates will possess clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting
Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
To join this team please have the following requirements:
Primary Series of the COVID Vaccination is required (or medical exemption)
A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Rhode Island
