Job Summary:

Responsible for efficiently managing inbound and outbound orders, this role encompasses various warehouse functions to ensure smooth operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:Request and review materials needed for production work orders.Prepare and issue materials based on ERP reports.Report material shortages to Production Data Entry Clerk.Notify discrepancies in production requests to Production Data Entry Clerk.Receive, unload, and store materials.Ensure inventory turnover meets established standards (e.g., one pallet at a time from VMI).Order expense items based on min-max numbers.Arrange delivery of required materials.Coordinate and perform cyclical physical inventories.Check for inventory inaccuracies and discrepancies.Ensure complete issuance of Work Orders.Adhere to schedules, training, operational procedures, and safety protocols.Report building or equipment safety hazards to the Supervisor.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Report any material shortages to maintain an adequate supply.Exercise proper care in using materials, equipment, and supplies to promote workplace safety and environmental practices.Fill out forms as requested by the supervisor (e.g., forklift checkups, receiving count records).Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Qualifications:

Forklift experience.Ability to perform essential job functions.Adaptability to a fast-paced environment without air conditioning.Ability to stand for long periods with frequent stooping and bending.Capability to lift up to 45 lbs.Availability for overtime as required.Maintain a good personal record in security.Successful completion of pre-employment/post-offer drug test and background check.Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Resumen del trabajo:

Solicitar y revisar los materiales necesarios para las rdenes de trabajo de produccin.Preparar y emitir materiales segn los informes del ERP.Informar al Encargado de Entrada de Datos de Produccin sobre la escasez de materiales.Notificar discrepancias en las solicitudes de produccin al Encargado de Entrada de Datos de Produccin.Recibir, descargar y almacenar materiales.Garantizar que la rotacin de inventario cumpla con los estndares establecidos (por ejemplo, un pal a la vez desde VMI).Ordenar artculos de gasto segn los nmeros mnimos y mximos.Coordinar la entrega de los materiales necesarios.Coordinar y realizar inventarios fsicos cclicos.Verificar inexactitudes en el inventario y discrepancias.Garantizar la emisin completa de rdenes de Trabajo.Cumplir con horarios, capacitaciones, procedimientos operativos y protocolos de seguridad.Informar al Supervisor sobre peligros de seguridad en el edificio o equipo.Mantener un rea de trabajo limpia y organizada.Informar cualquier escasez de material para mantener un suministro adecuado.Ejercer el debido cuidado en el uso de materiales, equipos y suministros para promover prcticas seguras y ambientales.Completar formularios segn lo solicitado por el supervisor (por ejemplo, revisiones de montacargas, registros de conteo de recepcin).Realizar otras funciones laborales asignadas.Calificaciones:

Experiencia en el manejo de montacargas.Habilidad para realizar funciones laborales esenciales.Adaptabilidad a un entorno acelerado sin aire acondicionado.Habilidad para estar de pie durante perodos prolongados con frecuentes agachamientos e inclinaciones.Capacidad para levantar hasta 45 libras.Disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras segn sea necesario.Mantener un buen historial personal de seguridad.xito en la prueba de drogas previa al empleo y verificacin de antecedentes.Capacidad para usar el equipo de proteccin personal (EPP) requerido.
