We are a family-oriented environment and looking for strong team players to join us in our success.**Job Description**Packagers/Pre-Builders at MGF US, Inc. assist lead hands and supervisors in the daily operations of the company. In addition, will assist with the fabrication and assembly of wooden crates for the purpose of packaging materials being shipped to various locations both domestically and overseas. They must work accurately following established procedures and promote a positive and safe attitude. Advancement will be decided on MGF review criteria.* Assemble wood products such as pallets, crates, skids* Pack items for shipping and distribution- PACKAGER ONLY* Install hardware; inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards* Read and interpret instructions to determine specifications and calculate requirements* Be knowledgeable of and follow all company safety policies and procedures* Provide assistance to other activities such as the receiving of materials or cleaning and maintenance of the facility and equipment* Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods* Operate pneumatic hammers, strapers and other tools as directed* Operate machines or equipment such as compressors, generators, drill presses, table saws, chop saws and cranes as directed* Inspect received goods* Keep work areas neat and tidy**Qualifications*** Good communications skills* A positive and safe attitude* Be able to follow basic instructions and procedures* A willingness to learn and be involved in the required training* A natural respect for people, property and the environment* Ability to work well with others as well as individually**Additional Information**We Offer:* Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with company match as well as sick days, vacation and PTO* Competitive wages* Opportunities for growth and advancement**Job Location**Packager/Pre-Build* 13810 Hollister Rd, Houston, TX 77086, USA* Full-time
