** Warehouse Coordinator, Class A CDL, Mon-Fri, Second shift****Job Category****:** Warehouse **Requisition Number****:** WAREH03053 Showing 1 location **Job Details****Description**Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Intercompany Transfer Driver transports parts along a defined route. Additionally, this individual will have assigned warehouse based responsibilities geared towards supporting the organizations parts operation.$18-23 /hr**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Transport product on defined routes as necessary* Perform material handling responsibilities, loading and unloading product at multiple drop sites across the organizational network* While not assigned to a driving route, perform various warehouse responsibilities, including unpacking, checking in, counting, receiving freight, pulling orders, and packaging product for transportation.* Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicles, trailers, and cargo to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency equipment is in good working order, that cargo is undamaged, and that all load-related documentation is complete and accurate.* Inspect bills of lading for accuracy* Apply knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in transporting products in a commercial vehicle* Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, and exceptions.* Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations or damage to vehicles as required per Company policies and procedures.* All other duties as assigned.The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principle and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position.An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
