Service Center Administrator

Location:
Aurora, Colorado
Compensation: $25.00 Per Hour - $30.00 Per Hour (DOE)
Role and Responsibilities:
As a
Service Center Administrator , you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Your responsibilities will include:Customer Relations:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor.Coordinate appointments and services efficiently.Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Administrative Support:
Process service-related paperwork accurately.Maintain billing records and invoices.Assist with light bookkeeping duties.
Payment Processing:
Collect payments from customers.Complete payment transactions accurately.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the service manager to optimize service operations.Support the service team in achieving high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or education is a plus).Background in administrative support or customer service.Proficiency in common office software programs (e.g., Excel).Your Benefits:
