Part-Time
Front Desk Guest Service Agent
to our team!
We are looking for an individual who is able to work
Second-Shift . (3-11 pm) Must be available to work weekends.
Hotel Address: 2100 69th Ave., Moline, IL 61265Who We Are:

Provides high-quality customer service.
Handles guest reservations.
Answers and transfers phone calls.
Shuttles the guests to and from the airport.
Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
Other duties as required with the department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience desired.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
At least 22 years of age, per auto insurance requirement.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
