They understand that a positive outlook and working well with others will set the stage for long-term success for themselves *and* the business.**The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:*** Demonstrate minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues* Good written and verbal communication skills in English required.* Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.* The employee must be in his/her current position for a minimum of 3 months at the time of application.
