Superior Fence & Rail of Denver is a national fence industry leader seeking an experienced, full-time Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative for immediate hire. Typical work hours are from 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday with health benefits, 401K and PTO.

Job Responsibilities:

Providing administrative and customer service support to the outside sales teamMaking outbound calls to set appointments with prospective customers who have reached out to us. No cold calling.Receiving inbound calls from customersProviding support to customers, handle inquiries, and performing data entryDetermine if Homeowners Association (HOA) approval or permit is requiredPrepare and file permits with various municipalitiesSubmit/Track HOA and Permit approvalsMake outbound calls to schedule installationsProvide excellent customer service and clear communication of install updates to customersPerform data entry as neededTrack the status of open installation jobsAssist operations personnel as neededInteracts with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional mannerPerform other duties as assignedThe Superior candidate will be:

A self-starter with an experienced office backgroundHighly organized with attention to detailDemonstrated ability to prioritize and multitaskSkilled in verbal and written communicationsProfessional phone and customer service skillsExceedingly positive in his/her work attitudeExperienced with Google AppsQuickBooks experience is a plus
