Job Duties for HR Assistant Bryan TX:

Front Desk Operations:

Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.Greet office visitors and provide assistance as needed.Issue and manage ID badges for employees.

Data Entry and Record Management:

Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic employee information.Conduct document scanning, copying, research, classifying, indexing, filing, storing, auditing, and other record management activities.

Recruitment Support:

Assist in pre-employment processing.Prepare information and handle other administrative tasks related to onboarding.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the HR department.Assist with event support, HR programming, and general staff support.

Qualifications:Required Skills:Computer Skills:

Possess intermediate-level computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry.Ability to quickly learn software related to department functions.

Communication Skills:

Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.Ability to compose and prepare correspondence and documents.

Organization:

Well-organized with a strong attention to detail.

Work Management:

Ability to handle a large volume of work under minimal supervision.

Confidentiality:

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise considerable discretion with regard to records and files.
