Pay Range:

70K-$80K Annually (ESOP - fully invested after five years)

Key Responsibilities:

A results-oriented Sales Representative with experience in large equipment sales and rentals.Expertise in customer service and pipeline management to drive business growth.Responsible for understanding customer needs while assisting with entire sales process to ensure anexcellent customer experienceEffectively use customer retention management tool to manage customer data and daily follow-upsBuilt strong business pipeline including ranchers, farmers, commercial, and residential customersConsistently one of top three sales producers in the Texas region month over monthConsecutively exceeded monthly sales goalsResponsible for discovering and understanding customers specific needs while assisting with theentire sales process to ensure we provide an excellent customer experience.Daily follow up on all outstanding quotes and potential sales opportunitiesSold on both new and used inventory to prospective commercial and residential customersNeed to perform onsite demos of equipment for potential customersProactively cold called on new potential customers as well as consistently followed up with existingcustomers to build relationships and grow the business90% outside sales for lead generationCall on current and target accountsDevelop and make sales presentations that ensure aftermarket sales.Develop strategic plans and work with local management to ensure the growth of assigned service accountsDevelop strategic plans and work with local management to develop new and maintain existing short term rental equipment customers.Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and build new relationships with potential key customers.Collaborate with branch management and internal departments regarding receivables. Understand the importance of timely follow up with customers, managers, and staff making communication a top priority.Clear doc center every day.Fill out the call sheet weekly and submit it to the supervisor. Data from the call sheet is entered into CRM every day. For the first year, every WO that hits the doc center gets a personal visit, then hit Left-Right-Across.15-20 calls a day.10 new preventive maintenance are signed per month.6 new client accounts are set up per month.2 new rentals per month.5 SWS leads per month15+ equipment leads per month.3 shop jobs per month.ID and work 6-8 Target accounts on a weekly basis.5 new Dock and Door preventative maintenance services per month (door/leveller/restraint).Once you join the team, you will prospect through cold calls and in the field to generate new sales.Sales Producer , Customer Service, Relationships Management, Pipeline ManagementCommunication, Equipment Rental ExperienceKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Must have your own carSeeking a hunter mentalityExperience: 2 - 5 years proven outside sales professional, or strong background selling or renting industrial equipment, part replacement, preventive maintenance, and forklift or warehouse equipmentComputer Skills: Basic knowledge and abilities of Microsoft Office products and use of CRM a plus.Education: College degree preferred but not required
