In-bound/ outbound callsBooking in-bound calls, emails to customersSelling products and services to existing customersHandle calls from over-flowScheduling maintenance calls to customersWhat you bring:

2+ years of customer service2+ years of call center experience2+ years of office experienceStrong attention to detailConscientious, team playerHonesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitudeFlexible availability, reliable transportationComputer/ software knowledge a plusSaturdays required.PAY TRANSPARENCY:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from

$18-$20hr

the actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.

Responsibilities

Call customers from prior day for quality checkCall maintenance customers and schedule visitsCall on customer list to offer promotionsFollow up on reviews positive and negativeGeneral inbound customer serviceWhat you bring:

Previous customer service experienceStrong attention to detailsConscientious, team playerHonesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitudeClear background check and drug screen
