Trimper Rides/Marty's Playland of Ocean City is looking to hire 2 skilled Reservation Specialists. Our ideal candidates are tech savvy and experienced in booking platforms such as Direct Booking and Airbnb.
Hours: Day/Evenings/Weekends Required
FLSA: Full-time Seasonal, Part-time Seasonal

First and last contact for our guestsHandle booking of reservations in person, by phone, website and AirbnbEfficiently manages the operations of the front desk, ensuring minimal time is required for check in and checkoutMaintain reservation calendar to ensure reservation consistency and executionTaking proper payments and or deposits and recording properlyMaintains knowledge of hotel policies including room rates, discounts, special offerings, and community events.Maintain Binders for each unit with proper documentsAnswering questions about the entire property, including sister locationsWork closely with the marketing team on all advertising materials, social media and special events.Anticipating guest needs, and meeting or exceeding those needsResponding to and resolving guest inquires and complaintsCoordinating with other departments to ensure guests feel well-cared for and valued.This person should be very comfortable interacting with guests and potential clients in a highly professional mannerCoordinate housekeeping staff and oversee turnovers to ensure cleanliness standards are metChecking and walking through units to confirm all have been cleaned thoroughly and ready for check ins.Maintain inventory of rental supplies and replenish when necessarySkills and Qualifications:
Attention to detailPrevious experience in reservations, Airbnb or property managementExcellent Customer service experienceStrong written and verbal skillsSkill using computer software programs including Airbnb, WRP, or other booking platformsHighly motivated self-starter, a hard worker with a high energy level; a "doer" with a willingness to work hands-on in assisting customers and staff.Knowledge of basic cash handling proceduresAbility to initiate and build relationships with customers and interact via telephone and in person with customersAbility to maintain a high level of poise and professionalism in all circumstancesPhysical Requirements:
Able to lift up to 50lbs.Ability to go up and down flights of stairs multiple times a dayAbility to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift
