The HR Coordinator works in conjunction with the Sr. HRBP Manager, Supply Chain Facilities providing a positive and productive facility environment to foster associate growth. Responsibilities include payroll and attendance, maintaining HR metrics files, workplace initiatives and associate relations, onboarding new associates and policy communication.

Provides HR Support to associates by responding to inquiries.Maintains personnel files.Ensures onboarding of qualified candidates and all appropriate background checks have been completed prior to offering an associate employment.Responsible for ensuring Associate onboarding is executed proficiently, accurately and in a timely manner. Ensures I-9/E-Verify and background check compliance.Prepares, processes and meets weekly payroll deadlines. Ensures payroll is accurate.Maintains Key HR Metrics via weekly reporting.Ensure associate time and attendance records are kept up to date in a timely manner.Submits Workday changes to HRIS Support and ensures data accuracy.Partners with HR Shared Services and other HR Partners to support associates and HRBPs.Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HRBP.Works closely with HRBP to support the development of solutions to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.Supports special projects.Associate engagement activity support including coordination of supplies, logistics and coordination of events.Fields associate questions and concerns on benefits, HR topics, and other questions. Responds quickly with responses to questions once appropriate facts are gathered.Assist associates with initiation/coordination of the Leave of Absence systems/process.Assist with meetings and Annual Compliance
