This position collects patient information, insurance, payments, and establishes patient portal accounts. This position reports to the Patient Support Center Director. Answer phones in a timely manner and greet each caller in a professional and polite voice.

Triage calls and forward based on urgency.Deliver exceptional customer support to patients when they call in.Answer questions or direct them to the appropriate person.Schedule existing patient appointments in a timely manner.Responsible for gathering information regarding patient, insurance, payment method, spouse/partner information, and summarize past medical testing/treatment.Send confirmation email with time, date, address, instructions on how to complete new patient paperwork online, obtain medical records, and provide other information as needed.Call potential patients who have submitted their contact information online.Responsible for timely follow-up on all potential patient contacts.Schedule and send confirmation email for patients having their one-day-workups.Communicate schedule changes with patients in a timely manner.Safely handle confidential information and patient medical records.Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

High School Diploma required.1+ year experience in a professional work environment required.Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays.

CCRM’s Compensation:

The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits.
