Rob Rice - State Farm Agency, located in Tupelo, MS is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent.
If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you'll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:Answer phones and greet clients.Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningSelf-motivatedDetail orientedProactive in problem solvingAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviewsAbility to effectively relate to a customerProperty Casualty license (must be able to obtain)Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
