The Automotive Warranty Clerk is responsible for managing warranty claims for automotive products and services. This role involves liaising between customers, manufacturers, and service departments to ensure warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently. The Warranty Clerk will also maintain warranty records, verify warranty coverage, and communicate with relevant parties to resolve warranty-related issues.
