Order Processor

PrideStaff on behalf of their client in Deerfield Beach is looking for an experienced Order Processor who is well-versed in Aviation. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of aviation and Quantum software experience is a plus. The order processor's responsibilities entail data entry, customer service, tracking orders, keep track of inventory levels. You must be able to communicate effectively not only with the internal team, and vendors but with clients as well.

Responsibilities:Respond to client inquiries via email and phone calls.Process customer orders by established procedures and guidelinesVerify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with the sales team and customersCommunicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and shippingEnter and maintain customer and order information in company databases and systemsAssist with invoice creation and processingRespond to customer inquiries regarding order status and shipment tracking information

Qualifications:
