Human Resources AssistantLocation: Anaheim, CAShift: 8:00 am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday,Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 (DOE)Contract: 2-3 month assignment

Position overview:Performs entry-level work in support of various administrative duties in support of Human Resources Department. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining HR records, facilitating employee processes, and contributing to the efficient operation of the HR team.

Essential Job Duties:

Photocopies, scanning, emails and other clerical functionsFiles documents into appropriate employee personnel filesAssists with organizing and coordination of meetings, including orientation/onboarding meetings.Prepares new employee files, assists in organizing and digitizing files.Ensure the confidentiality and security of HR documents.Data entry into HRIS system (ADP).Arrange international and domestic travel arrangements in addition to itineraries as needed.Assist with event planning, such as employee appreciation lunches, monthly lunches, off site events.Performs other related duties as assigned.Interact with all management level including executives.Assist in resolving minor HR-related issues and escalating when necessary.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience working as an HR Assistant role or similar roleComputer skills working with HRIS systems and PDF filesMicrosoft office Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.Requires ability to effectively read, speak and write in the English language to communicate, understand, and follow written and verbal instruction.
