OVERVIEW:

The Client Services Representative is internally referred to as the Transfers Specialist and this role is responsible for aiding clients in transferring funds into or out of their retirement accounts at Quest Trust Company. Assist clients by conducting research, utilizing strategic thinking, and frequently communicating with both internal team members and clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

As the Transfers Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Maintaining established performance standards by coordinating the transfer of funds in and out of IRA accounts for both new and existing clientsCommunicating with internal departments, external IRA custodians and clients via phone calls, emails, or in person while delivering world famous customer service.Participating in and complying with all required firm and regulatory continuing education provided by Quest Trust CompanyUtilizing our Salesforce platform to log client account transfer informationAssisting clients with general or complex questions regarding their IRA transfers/rollovers with up-to-date industry knowledgePerformingother job-related duties as requiredREQUIREMENTS:
